The House on D.

Last night we found another house that we think looks amazing (online at least). So we looked at our calendars and determined that the only day we had available to go look at it for the next 3 weeks is today. So off we went to look at this...

It is on 2.5 acres, on county land. It has a well and septic tank. With 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths it is plenty big for us. It seems to be well built. The only problem I've found with it is that is uses electric heat - there is no propane/gas setup. We could convert the system over for about $10,000, but we could buy a lot of electricity with $10,000.

It is a foreclosure, so there are a few items missing, such as a bathroom mirror. And it needs to be cleaned. But overall, I have to say this is the best property we've looked at so far. Even our "expert" agreed that it was a good property.

So we've got a lot to think about tonight!
